This notice covers traselmuro.com and www.traselmuro.com. It does not replace separate notices and consent procedures for interviews. The website introduces the project and provides contact links; it has no forms, comments, newsletter or file uploads.

3. Visits and hosting

The site is hosted through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Web requests involve technical data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser details. This supports page delivery, security and availability; the intended basis is the legitimate interest in a functional, secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

4. Email contact

If you email us, we process your email address and the information you provide to respond. The mailbox uses Google’s Gmail. Depending on the request, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) or requested precontractual steps (Article 6(1)(b)). Messages are kept as needed to handle the enquiry, meet legal duties or address legal claims. Please do not send case files or sensitive third-party information in an initial enquiry.

5. Cookies and social media

The page code includes no advertising, tracking pixels or embedded external players. The language choice is not stored persistently. Instagram, Facebook and YouTube icons are links, not loaded players or plugins. Opening them takes you to the relevant platform and its privacy terms. The provider’s technical hosting, security and access mechanisms are governed by its service terms; this website adds no advertising tracking of its own.

6. Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for future processing. Contact us using the details above. You may complain to a data protection authority, including the LfDI Rheinland-Pfalz: www.datenschutz.rlp.de.

7. Retention and providers

We keep no separate visitor database. Technical hosting retention depends on service delivery, security, incident handling and legal duties. We do not specify a fixed period that the provider has not confirmed. You can request further information and exercise your rights through the controller’s contact details.

8. International processing

Hosting may involve providers and processing outside the European Economic Area. No exclusively German or EU processing location is guaranteed. The ChatGPT Sites processing agreement provides, where applicable, for adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses for transfers of EEA data.
